What Is ABSU Cut Off Mark?

First of all, cut Off Mark is the minimum point a student applying for admission must attain in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and or Post Utme Screening Exercise in order to be considered for admission into a particular school.

From the definition of cut off mark above, we can now say that ABSU cut off mark is the minimum JAMB score a student applying for admission into the Abia State University must must have in JAMB result and or post UTME result in order to be eligible for admission into ABSU.

Those who fail to score above the Abia State University Uturu cut off mark will not be allowed to apply for admission into the University.

Note: Since ABSU cut off mark for this year is yet to be available; The Abia State University Uturu (ABSU) cut off mark shown below is for the previous year. ABSU JAMB Cut Off Mark

All ABSU Aspirants are hereby informed that ABSU JAMB cut-off Mark for admission is 160.

This means that all those who wrote JAMB and scored up to 160 and above (170,180,190) are eligible to buy ABSU Post-Utme or Admission form and also sit for the Examination should there be. See The list of Courses offered in ABSU Here.

However, all those who unable to score 160 but scored 150, 140, 130 or 120 are to note that ABSU will not consider them for admission.

Departmental cut off mark is the minimum cut off mark for admission into various departments in a particular University.

  1. Please sir I scored 168 in my jamb 2020 exam can I get admission with it.. I want to study education and government?

  2. Please where can one make payment for the post UTME form for ABSU. I have gotten the invoice from ABSU portal and have gone to first Bank,Siy Bank, UBA, Union Bank, to make payment but they all said that they have not been instructed to receive such payment. So please what do I do?
