WAEC And NECO Subject Requirements for Geography and Planning
The subjects required to study Geography and Planning in both WAEC and NECO are as follows:
Five SSCE credit passes to include English, Mathematics and Geography.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNIJOS requires five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics and Geography in addition to any other two Social Science or Science subjects.
(ii) ABSU requires five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Geography and any other two subjects from Economics, Government, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Technical Drawing, Fine Arts and Social Studies. Also requires credit in any two of Arts, Sciences or Social Sciences subjects.
(iii) UNIJOS accepts IJMB passes including Geography. Also accepts National or Higher National Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning or Lang Surveying at credit and above levels
The O level (WAEC and NECO)Â requirements posted above may only apply to Geography and Planning under the faculty of Engineering, Environment and Technology.
