Direct Entry (DE) Requirements for Education and Christian Religious Studies
Without wasting much time, the direct entry requirements to study Education and Christian Religious Studies are:
Two ‘A’ level passes/NCE merit in Religious Studies and one other Arts subject.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) TASUED accepts Two ‘A’ level/ NCE Merit passes to include CRS and one other subject in Arts/ Social Sciences.
(ii) ABU accepts:
(a) Two ‘A’ level passes/NCE merit in CRS and Education.
(iii) UNICAL accepts NCE with credit or merit in CRS.
(iv) UNILAG accepts:
(a) Very good passes in three JUPEB subjects: CRS and any two (2) of Government, History, Lit-in English, Yoruba, Igbo and French
(b) Two (2) A/Level passes in CRS and any other Arts subject.
(c) NCE: CRS and any Arts subject
(d) Candidate must satisfy O/Level requirement.
Note that the above direct entry requirements may only apply to Education and Christian Religious Studies under the faculty of Education.
