WAEC And NECO Subject Requirements for Education and Christian Religious Studies
The subjects required to study Education and Christian Religious Studies in both WAEC and NECO are as follows:
Five SSCE credit passes or TC II merit in five subjects including English Language, Religious Studies and three other Arts subject.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) LASU requires credit passes in Mathematics and CRK.
(ii) ABU accepts one other Social Science subject in lieu of Art subject.
(iii) ABSU requires Five SSCE credit passes to include English Language, Religious Studies and three other subjects.
(iv) UNICAL requires Five ‘O’ level credit passes including English Language, Religious Studies and three other Arts subject. Accepts at last a pass in Mathematics
(v) KSU require five ‘O’ level credits or TC II merits in five subjects including English Language, CRK and three other relevant subjects.
(vi) UNILAG requires five Credits including English, Mathematics, CRS and 2 of Literature in English, Yoruba, History or Government, Igbo, French, IRS, Economics, and Arabic.
(vii) UNIABUJA also requires credit passes in Mathematics
The O level (WAEC and NECO) requirements posted above may only apply to Education and Christian Religious Studies under the faculty of Education.
