The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) is invited applicants for admission into the School of Health Information Management Programmes for 2017/18 session.
The LUTH school of Health admission will lat for 2 years and will be effective starting October 2017.

LUTH Admission Requirements 2017/2018
Candidates intending to buy the form and pursue the 2-year HND programme must have obtained in addition to 5 credits at O’Level, the National Diploma in Health Information Management, together with an evidence of completion of one year (compulsory) Industrial Attachment in a reputable health institution.
CONDITIONS FORSELECTION
Selection of candidates will be on academic qualifications and successful performance in the written examination and oral interview
How To Apply For LUTH School Of Health Programme
Interested candidates are to buy the admission form with the sum of N5,000.00 (Five thousand naira) only, payable to the Head of Finance, Lagos University Teaching Hospital. The receipt of payment should be forwarded to:

Deadline For Sales Of LUTH Form
Completed application forms must be returned to the Principal, School of Health Information Management not later than June 27,2017.
Written Test will be conducted on July 21, 2017 in the School of Health Information Management, Health Manpower Resources Building, LUTH and Oral Interview comes up on July 28, 2017.
Successful candidates will be informed later.
