Direct Entry (DE) Requirements for Industrial Relations and Personnel Management

Without wasting much time, the direct entry requirements to study Industrial Relations and Personnel Management are:

Two ‘A’ level passes chosen from Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Government, Geography and Statistics.

Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks

(i) UNIBEN ACCEPTS:
a: O’ level requirements plus two subjects at the GCE (A/L) or HSC one of which must be Economics, Business Management or Mathematics. In exceptional cases, the following qualifications may also be considered
b. O’ level requirements plus a complete pass in the intermediate examination of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) or any other professional Human Resources Management body.
c. O’ level requirements plus the National Diploma in Business Administration, or any relevant subject (passed with minimum average of upper credit).
