JAMB Subject Combination For Electronics
In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Electronics under the Faculty of Sciences in the institutions listed above are:
Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry or Biology.
O Level (WAEC and NECO) Requirements For Electronics
In order to study Electronics in the University, you will need to pass the following requirements in your O level result which can either be WAEC or NECO or even both:
Five SSCE credit passes in English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and any other Science subject from Further mathematics and Biology or Agricultural Science.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) WUSTO requires five ‘O’ level credit in English, Physics, Mathematics and any other 2 subjects preferably Chemistry, Further Mathematics, Geography and Biology in that order.
Direct Entry Requirements For Electronics
To apply for Electronics as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: NCE/Two ‘A’ level A’ level passes in Physics and Mathematics or Chemistry.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) BAYERO accept NCE (credit),ND/HND (lower credit) plus O/level credit passes in Physics, Mathematics and two other Science subjects. BAYERO accepts one other Science subject.
(ii) WUSTO does not accepts Chemistry in lieu of Mathematics
