JAMB Subject Combination For Electronics and Computer Technology
In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Electronics and Computer Technology under the Faculty of Sciences in the institutions listed above are:
Maths, Physics and any one of Chemistry, Economics and Biology
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNICAL require Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
O Level (WAEC and NECO) Requirements For Electronics and Computer Technology
In order to study Electronics and Computer Technology in the University, you will need to pass the following requirements in your O level result which can either be WAEC or NECO or even both:
Five SSCE credits in English Language , Mathematics and any three of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Further Maths, and Technical Drawing.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNNICAL accepts ‘A’ level or its equivalent in Physics and either Chemistry or Mathematics.
(ii) UNICAL require five O/L credit passes in English Language, Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry
Direct Entry Requirements For Electronics and Computer Technology
To apply for Electronics and Computer Technology as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: Two ‘A’ level passes in Maths and Physics
