JAMB Subject Combination For Educational Administration
In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Educational Administration under the Faculty of Education in the institutions listed above are:
Any three of Literature in English, History, French, Geography/Physics, Economics and Mathematics.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNILAG accepts any Three of Literature in English, History/Government, French, Geography, Mathematics, Commerce, Yoruba/Igbo, CRK/IRS, Economics.
O Level (WAEC and NECO) Requirements For Educational Administration
In order to study Educational Administration in the University, you will need to pass the following requirements in your O level result which can either be WAEC or NECO or even both:
(i) Five SSCE credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics and Economics.
(ii) Five TC II merit passes including English and Mathematics.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNILAG requires credit passes in at least two of Literature in English, History/Government, Economics, Geography, Igbo/Yoruba, CRS/IRS or French. Does not accept Five TC II merit passes including English and Mathematics.
Direct Entry Requirements For Educational Administration
To apply for Educational Administration as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: (i) Two ‘A’ level passes from Literature in English, History, CRK/IRS, Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo with at least a pass in O/Level Mathematics.
(ii) NCE passes at merit level in the subjects listed above.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNILAG accepts:
(a) Very good passes in three JUPEB subjects: Economics, Literature-in English, CRS/IRS, Government, History, Igbo, Yoruba, Geography and French.
(b) Two A/ Level passes from English, History, French, Geography, Mathematics, Yoruba/Igbo, CRS/IRS, Economics and Government.
(c) NCE : English, History, French, Geography, Political Science, Mathematics, Yoruba/Igbo, CRS/IRS, Economics and Government .
