Direct Entry (DE) Requirements for Education and Accountancy
Without wasting much time, the direct entry requirements to study Education and Accountancy are:
Two ‘A’ level passes in Business Method and one other Social Science subject.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) EKSU and ABSU require ‘A’ level or NCE with at least a merit in Accountancy plus a credit in Economics.
(ii) EKSU accepts ND (upper credit) in Cooperative Studies. A pass at NCE Gen. English is accepted in lieu of SSCE/GCE or NBC credit.
(iii) BIU same as in Accountancy
(iv) TASUED accepts Two ‘A’ level passes/NCE Merit in Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Government and Geography. It also accepts ND (Upper credit) in Accounting or Final part of Accounting Technique of ICAN.
(v) IAUED requires two A’ level credit passes in Statistics, Economics or Accounts. Accepts NCE or ND with credit pass.
(vi) LASU requires Two ‘A’ level passes/NCE Merit in Business Method, Commerce, Economics and Principle of Accounting. Do not accept ND and HND
