Applicant must be a United States citizen enrolled in an accredited two- or four-year institution in the United States who meets the following criteria: is on active duty in the uniformed military services or is an honorably discharged U.S. military veteran (including Reservist and National Guard personnel); who has served in Enduring Freedom Afghanistan or Iraqi Freedom combat operations; or is disabled as a result of combat operations in OEF or OIE.
