It is among the best universities in Nigeria that was established/founded in 1975.

UNILORIN Resumption Date

June 14, 2021.

University of Ilorin will resume on the 14th of June, 2021.

This is to inform students of UNILORIN that the University management has fixed the resumption dates for the commencement of the First Semester, 2020/2021 Academic Session to be Monday, 14 June 2021 for fresh students while returning students are to resume on Monday 28 June 2021.

Information on the Institution Hall of Residence (Hostels) to be available shortly.

You can find update on the resumption date of University of Ilorin above. However, the federal government of Nigeria has given the authorisation for all institutions in Nigeria to remain closed until January 18, 2021.

Bearing that in mind, UNILORIN resumption date will be as from January especially if ASUU strike is eased for the time being. So if ASUU strike is not in play, UNILORIN will resume by January, if not, then it will be as from February 2021 or beyond.
