Note: To be Eligible for 2019/2020 FUTO Direct Entry Admissions, all candidates who participated in FUTO DE Screening Exercise and scored a minimum of 40 points MUST upload their O’Level results in JAMB Portal.

UTME Process Flow:
- Visit the University website – www.futo.edu.ng
- Click on “Prospective student”
- Click on 2020/2021 POST-UTME/Direct Entry Application
- Click on Apply for PUTME
- Enter you UTME Registration Number
- Click on Update Application
- Enter your O-level subjects and grades
- Click on Submit
Direct Entry Process Flow:
- Visit the University website –www.futo.edu.ng
- Click on “Prospective student”
- Click on 2020/2021 POST-UTME/Direct Entry Application
- Click on Apply for Direct Entry
- Enter your Direct Entry Registration Number
- Click on Update Application
- Enter your O-level subjects and grades
- Click on Submit
How To Upload Your O’level Result (JAMB CAPS Portal)
- Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
- Login to your JAMB Caps portal
- Click on ‘Check Admission Status,
- Click on ‘Access my CAPS’
- Enter your o level result details and submit it
- You have successfully uploaded your o’level result on JAMB portal.

- Click on the notice for uploading o’level result on the website
- Follow the instructions there to upload your o’level result on FUTO website
How To Upload O’level Result On FUTO Portal (Other Method)
- Visit FUTO portal at https://portal.futo.edu.ng/
- Enter your login details and click on login
- Select the section for uploading your o’level result
- Enter the subjects and the grades on your WAEC or NECO result
- Cross check the details before you submit
