De Potter College of Health Tech HND Admission Form 2025/2026 Requirements
Applicants into De Potter college of Health technology must meet the following academic and program specific requirements. These requirements are for the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes offered by the institution.
General Admission Requirements (for All Applicants)
- Five (5) credit passes in the following core subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- These credit passes must be obtained from not more than two sittings of any of the following approved examination bodies:
- WAEC (West African Examinations Council)
- NECO (National Examinations Council)
- NABTEB (National Business and Technical Examinations Board)
- Applicants awaiting results are also eligible to apply, provided their results will be available before the final admission process.
Additional Requirements for HND Courses
Applicants into HND programmes must in addition to the general requirements meet the following conditions:
- Must have completed and obtained a ND certificate in a related course.
- Example of related course: Community Health, Environmental Health, or any health science-related ND programme.
- ND certificate must be from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Must have completed one-year Internship Training (IT) and must present a valid IT Certificate.
- A Lower Credit grade in ND is often preferred. However, applicants with Pass may be considered if they have two or more years of work experience in the field.
- Must provide academic transcript and recommendation letter from the institution where ND was obtained.
Additional Requirements for ND Courses
Applicants into ND programmes must meet the following additional criteria:
- Obtain UTME form from JAMB.
- During UTME registration, applicants must:
- Choose De Potter College of Health Technology as their First-Choice Institution.
- Select a health-related course offered by the College.
- Meet JAMB cut-off mark for the chosen programme.* Post-UTME.
