JAMB Subject Combination For Statistics / Demography
In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Statistics / Demography under the Faculty of Sciences in the institutions listed above are:
Mathematics and any two of Physics, Chemistry and Economics.
O Level (WAEC and NECO) Requirements For Statistics / Demography
In order to study Statistics / Demography in the University, you will need to pass the following requirements in your O level result which can either be WAEC or NECO or even both:
Five SSCE credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics and at least three subjects from Physics, Statistics, Chemistry, Further Mathematics, Economics and Geography.

To apply for Statistics / Demography as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: Two ‘A’ level passes to include Mathematics or Statistics. NCE (credit) in relevant subjects.
