JAMB Subject Combination For Electronics Engineering
In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Electronics Engineering under the Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Technology in the institutions listed above are:
Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry
O Level (WAEC and NECO) Requirements For Electronics Engineering
In order to study Electronics Engineering in the University, you will need to pass the following requirements in your O level result which can either be WAEC or NECO or even both:
Five SSCE credit passes to include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English Language and any other Science subject.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNN requires five O’ level credit passes to include, Physics, Chemistry Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
Direct Entry Requirements For Electronics Engineering
To apply for Electronics Engineering as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: Two ‘A’ level passes in Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNN require A/L passes in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics plus UTME requirement.
(ii) UNN accepts:
(a) HND/ND/NCE in relevant fields
(b) Complete pass in Intermediate ICAN examination or
equivalents`
(c) Pass in final exams of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries.
