JAMB Subject Combination For Visualand Applied Arts
In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Visualand Applied Arts under the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in the institutions listed above are:

Five SSCE credit passes to include English Language and Fine Art.
For holders of NTC, the relevant subjects could be General Wood work, Building/Engineering Drawing, Introduction to Building Construction; Decorative Painting; Spray Painting, Linig, Sign and Design; Wall hanging, Colour Mixing/Matching and Glazing; Printing Origination; Machine Printing and Finishing; General Metal Work, Basic Electricity, Spinning, Weaving, Surface Design and Printing; Bleaching, Dyeing and Finishing; Graphic Design; Graphic
For holders of NTC, the relevant subjects could be General Wood work, Building/Engineering Drawing, Introduction to Building Construction; Decorative Painting; Spray Painting, Linig,Sign and Design; Wall hanging, Colour Mixing/Matching and Glazing; Printing Origination; Machine Printing and Finishing; General Metal Work, Basic Electricity, Spinning, Weaving, Surface Design and Printing; Bleaching, Dyeing and Finishing; Graphic Design; Graphic Printing and Ceramics.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) FUNAI: requires credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Literature in English and any other relevant subjects.
Direct Entry Requirements For Visualand Applied Arts
To apply for Visualand Applied Arts as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: (i) Two ‘A’ level passes in Art or Fine Art and any other subject.
