Who Is Eligible for UNIMAID Post UTME 2026/2027?

- Only UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates who selected University of Maiduguri as their first choice during the 2026/2027 JAMB are eligible.
- UTME candidates must have a minimum score of 150, except for courses with higher cut-off marks as indicated on the University website.
- Candidates must meet the minimum UTME score for their chosen course and have the correct UTME subject combination as prescribed in the 2026 JAMB Brochure.
- All candidates must have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in subjects relevant to their proposed course, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Direct Entry candidates must have a minimum of Lower Credit at National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) level, or Merit at NCE level.
- Candidates who do not meet the requirements for their chosen course will be allowed to change to another course whose requirements they meet.
