This is to inform the General public that the School of Health Technology Minna (Minna School Of Health) Admission form for 2017/2018 academic session has finally been released by sale.
School Of Health Technology Minna Application Procedures
The Application form for Admission into the School of Health Technology Minna for the 2017/2018 Academic Session will be out on sale starting on the 24th of April 2017 and end on the 5th of May 2017.
Application for Admission Scratch Cards will be available for sales at Zenith Bank ( Government House Junction Branch Minna ).
Application for Admission Scratch Cards will cost N6,500.00 (Six Thousand Five hundred Naira only)
Eligible Courses For School Of Health Tech. Minna Admission 2017/2018
CERTIFICATE IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (JCHEW)
Minimum of five (5) O’level passes at not more than two sitting in GCE/NECO SSCE which must include English language, Mathematics, Biology, or Health Science and any two relevant subject.
DIPLOMA IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (CHEW)
Minimum of five (5) O’Level credit at not more than two sitting in GCE/NECO SSCE which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, or Health science and any two relevant subject
Holders of JCHEW Certificate in addition to the Minimum O’Level Requirement can apply.
MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
Four (4) O’Level credit at not more than two sitting in GCE/NECO SSCE / WAEC SSCE which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology and chemistry with a pass in physics. The result must not be more than ten (10) years old.
Holders of MLA Certificate in addition to the Minimum O’Level Requirements can apply.
PHAMACY TECHNICIAN (PT)
Five (5) O’Level credit at not more than two sitting in GCE/NECO SSCE / WAEC SSCE which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology , chemistry and physics.
TECHNICIAN IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (MEDICAL RECORDS)
Three (3) O’Level credit at not more than two sitting in GCE/NECO SSCE / WAEC SSCE / NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Health science and any two (2) passes. Passes in science related courses are an advantage.
 DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (HIM)
Three (3) O’Level credit at not more than two sitting in GCE/NECO SSCE / WAEC SSCE / NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology and any other two related subjects.
