1. Go to Rufus Giwa Polytechnic admission status checking portal at http://rugipo.edu.ng/Default.aspx.
2. Locate the ‘Admission Status‘ section and supply your JAMB Registration Number in the required column.
3. Finally, click on ‘Check Status’ to access your RUGIPO admission status.

Successfully admitted ND candidates are to proceed with the payment of Thirty Thousand Naira (30,000) as acceptance fee through the polytechnic payment platform in any part of the country on or before the date stated on their notice of offer of provisional admission slip.  If payment is not made within the stipulated period, admission will be withdrawn.

Successfully admitted ND candidates are advised to ACCEPT or REJECT their admission offer on JAMB CAPS Portal.
Note: If you have been offered admission, you need to accept/reject your admission on JAMB CAPS and also print your JAMB admission letter.

1. Go JAMB CAPS portal at https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility_/.
2. Enter your username and password to login
3. Locate and click on ‘Check Admission Status‘.
4. Click on Access my CAPS.
5. Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.
6. Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to check your RUGIPO admission status

The procedures to check RUGIPO admission list on the portal are as follows:

• Visit RUGIPO admission portal by going to http://rugipo.edu.ng/waytoportal.aspx
• Enter your username and password to login or supply your JAMB registration number as required on the portal for prospective students
• Click on login and check your RUGIPO admission status.
