About Kwara Poly Academic Calendar
First of all, Academic calendar is a schedule of all of the events that occur in an academic year. These events may include examination dates, breaks, lecture periods, matriculation dates and other important events.
So, having said that, Kwara Poly academic calendar is simply a schedule of all of the events that will occur in Kwara State Polytechnic for the academic year in question.

- 18th October, 2021 – All Returning Students Resume (Except SIWES & Part-Time Students)
- 18th October, 2021 – Registration Begins for Students (Including SIWES)
- 25th October, 2021 – Lectures Begin for Returning Students
- 25th October, 2021 – All New Students Resume (Including Part-Time)
- 1st November, 2021 – Lectures begins for New Students
- 16th & 17th November, 2021 – 27th & 28th Combined Convocation
- 29th November, 2021 – Returning (PT) Students Resume & Commence Lectures
- 13th December, 2021 – SIWES Students Resume & Commence Lectures
- 24th December to 2nd January, 2022 – Christmas & New Year Break
- 4th & 5th January, 2022 – Orientation for New Students
- 6th January, 2022 – Matriculation
- 7th January, 2022 – SUG Election
- 15th January, 2022 – Lectures End for all Students
- 10th to 22nd January, 2022 – CBT Examinations
- 24th January, 2022 – First Semester Examinations Begin for all Students
- 19th February, 2022 – First Semester Examinations ends for all Students
- 21st February, 2022 – Conference Marking
- 20th February to 6th March, 2022 – First Semester Break
- 17th March, 2022 – Relese of 1st Semester Results
SECOND SEMESTER
- 7th March, 2022 – All Students Resume and Commence Lectures
- 16th to 20th May, 2022 – SUG Week
- 28th May, 2022 – Lectures End for all Students
- 23rd May to 3rd June, 2022 – CBT Examinations
- 6th June, 2022 – Second Semester Exams Begins for all Students
- 2nd July, 2022 – Second Semester Exams Ends for all Students
- 4th July to 30th July, 2022 – Conference Marking
- 8th to 15th August, 2022 – Consideration of 2021/2022 Sessional/Diploma Results
- 15th September, 2022 – End of 2021/2022 Academic Session
