JAMB Subject Combination For Geography and Meteorology
In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Geography and Meteorology under the Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Technology in the institutions listed above are:
Mathematics, Geography and any one of Economics, Physics and Chemistry
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNIZIK:
(a) For Geography and Meteorology requires Geography and any two from Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Fine Arts,Agricultural Science, Biology and Chemistry.
(b) For Environmental Management requires Mathematics, Chemistry and any one from Economics, Physics, Agricultural Science and Biology
O Level (WAEC and NECO) Requirements For Geography and Meteorology
In order to study Geography and Meteorology in the University, you will need to pass the following requirements in your O level result which can either be WAEC or NECO or even both:
Five SSCE credit passes to include Geography and any other four relevant subjects plus a pass in English Language.
Direct Entry Requirements For Geography and Meteorology
To apply for Geography and Meteorology as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: Two ‘A’ level passes in Mathematics or Geography and one of Economics, Physics and Chemistry.
