About FUTO Acceptance Fee
Incase you don’t already know, FUTO acceptance fee is an amount required to be paid by candidates offered admission into Federal University of Technology Owerri indicating that they have accepted the offer of admission given to them by the university and are willing and ready to complete the remaining admission processes and registration required to become a full fledged student of the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO).
Failure to pay FUTO acceptance fee within the stipulated time/date will mean the candidate does not accept the offer of admission given to them by the university and would not be going further with any registration. You can also select and check FUTO school fees here.

How To Pay FUTO Acceptance Fee
a) CHECK ADMISSION STATUS
- Login to futo.edu.ng
- Click on the link “Portal”
- Click on “New Students”
- Select “Check admission status”
- Enter your JAMB Registration number to view your admission notification slip
- Update O’ level verification details by clicking on the green link
- Enter your O’ level details as required and submit
b) ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
- Proceed to sign up and verify your portal account
- Select the required fields and enter a functional email address
- Submit your details. An email will be sent to your functional email address.
- Click on the link sent to your email to activate your account
- Copy your Username and Password and login into your portal account
c) PORTAL ACCOUNT
- In your portal account, change your password
- Complete your profile
- Generate an acceptance invoice
- Proceed to any bank for payment or alternatively, pay online with your ATM card
- Return to the portal for acceptance receipt
- Print admission letter and other particulars
- Generate school fee invoice
- Proceed to any bank for payment or alternatively, pay online with your ATM card
- Return to the portal for school fee receipt
