- You must have scored 150 and above in the 2026 UTME and selected FUAB as your first choice institution.
- You must have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, including English Language and Mathematics.
- You must initiate a Change of Institution to FUAB on the official JAMB portal before completing your screening application.
