JAMB Subject Combination For Financial Management Technology
In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Financial Management Technology under the Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Technology in the institutions listed above are:
Mathematics, Economics and any one of Chemistry, Physics or Biology
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) FUTO accepts Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
O Level (WAEC and NECO) Requirements For Financial Management Technology
In order to study Financial Management Technology in the University, you will need to pass the following requirements in your O level result which can either be WAEC or NECO or even both:
Five SSCE credit passes to include, English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two science subjects from Chemistry,
Physics, Biology, Geography, Health Science, Metal Works, Wood Work, Agric Science, Technical Drawing, Nutrition and Food Science.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) FUTO requires at least five ‘O’ Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and one of Biology and Economics in not more than two sittings.
Direct Entry Requirements For Financial Management Technology
To apply for Financial Management Technology as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: Two A’ Level passes in Economics, Accountancy, Business Management, Government and Geography. Candidate must have Science background at ‘O’ Level
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) FUTO requires at least two ‘A’ Level passes not below Grade C from Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, and Business Management. It also accepts ND/HND (Upper Credit) in Financial Management Technology, Management and Engineering. Candidates must in addition meet UTME ‘O’ Level requirements. It does not accept First Degree or NCE.
