OFFER OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSION 2016/2017.
I am directed to inform you that as a result of your performance in the recent UTME conducted by
the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for admission into NCE programme, you have
been offered provisional admission into 100 level to read ENG/SOS in this College. This admission is
however subject to JAMB’s approval.
For your admission to be valid and confirmed, you are expected to :-
a. Have obtained a minimum qualification of WASC/GCE/NABTEB/NECO/SSCE or Grade Two
Certificates with five credits at not more than two sittings
b. Present the original certificates on which you were considered for this admission.
c. Be free of any physical disability if you have chosen to study Physical and Health Education.
d. That on registration, you are required to submit your State of Origin Certificate, Birth
Certificate/Declaration of age and Medical Certificate from the College Clinic.
e. That after registration the College will not entertain any change of name by students.
You should also note the followings :
1. This offer of admission does not include the cost of accommodation and feeding which must be
borne by the student
2. That 2016/2017 commences on 24/10/2016. New students will be required to arrive at the
College on that day and go through registration exercise from 24/10/2016 to 1/1/2017
3. Attendance of orientation programmes is compulsory for all newly admitted students
4. Lateness for registration outside the above deadline will attract penalty.
5. That a registered student for NCE programme must attain 75% attendance before he or she is
allowed to sit for the Semester examination.
6. Please note that if it is discovered at any time that you do not possess the qualifications upon
which this admission was given to you, your admission automatically becomes invalid.
