First Semester Timeline
- December 2, 2024 (Monday) – December 6, 2024 (Friday): The Central Committee on Examinations Misconduct and Leakages will review reports from faculty committees.
- November 18, 2024 (Monday) – December 7, 2024 (Saturday): Examiners must complete marking and submit raw marks within three weeks after the last paper.
- November 18, 2024 (Monday) – January 4, 2025 (Saturday): Departmental and Faculty Boards of Examiners will consider examination results, including project assessments.
- January 13, 2025 (Monday) – January 17, 2025 (Friday): The Senate Business Committee (SBC) will review first semester examination results.
- February 19, 2025 (Wednesday): A special Senate meeting will finalize and release the first semester examination results.
Second Semester Timeline
- November 25, 2024 (Monday) – February 22, 2025 (Saturday): Lectures will span 13 weeks.
- January 6, 2025 (Monday) – January 11, 2025 (Saturday): A mid-semester break will provide students and staff a one-week pause.
- February 24, 2025 (Monday) – March 22, 2025 (Saturday): Second semester examinations will take place over four weeks.
- March 24, 2025 (Monday) – May 3, 2025 (Saturday): The session will end with a six-week break.
- May 5, 2025 (Monday): Resumption for the 2024/2025 academic session will mark the beginning of a new academic cycle.
