Candidates who has been admitted can now login to the kofa with their old username and password and copy or print out the new username and password which they will use for clearance.

Online clearance for Admitted Student was supposed to start on the 11th of November, if you are wondering what that online clearance is, then sit back and get a glass of water let me explain a bit for you.
Uniben Online Clearance is a process initiated by UNIBEN to allow admitted students submit their documents online which will be used for screening during Physical Clearance.
Speaking of Documents, The required documents for you to upload during Online Clearance can be found by clicking UNIBEN IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FOR CLEARANCE.
Please listen carefully to the following advice:
As at when the admission list was released last week, the kofa username and password had not been created. So the first thing you need to do is to login and get your new Username and Password
Have you watched a movie where this statement is been made by a police “…WHATEVER YOU DO OR SAY WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU IN THE COURT OF LAW”.
why did I made reference to that?
The UNIBEN version is “WHATEVER DOCUMENT YOU UPLOAD DURING ONLINE CLEARANCE AND HOW OR WHERE YOU UPLOAD IT WILL BE USED TO SCREEN YOU DURING PHYSICAL CLEARANCE”.
In effect, it means that How fast you clear ( if you are really going to be cleared at all) depends on how you did your online clearance, where you uploaded your documents, the type of document you uploaded and how you fill in your data.
So please do not do it your self if you don’t know how it’s done or give it to a novice (who may claim to be a prof in the field) to help you with it cos if you make any mistake on that, you won’t be cleared early, and if you are not cleared you will not get matriculation gown to celebrate with others on matriculation day and in turn you will not even get matriculation number until you have cleared which some may not even clear at all and in turn loosing they admission.
And you know quite well that Uniben is not looking for people that will substitute those that messed things up as they have many applicants.
So to avoid all the possible error you may encounter which will cause you a lot of problem, please come to school and let’s guide you on the best place around where you can do it.
Note:There will be no provision for accommodation during Online Clearance. Its only during physical clearance that you will be given temporary accommodation.
So if you are staying very far from school and you plan on coming to school just because of the Online Clearance, I don’t think that’s advisable.

Note : You must pay acceptance Fee of either N50,000 (Other Students) or N70,000(Medical Students) before your portal will be activated for Online Clearance.
