WAEC And NECO Subject Requirements for Education and Yoruba
The subjects required to study Education and Yoruba in both WAEC and NECO are as follows:
Five SSCE credit or merit passes including English Language and Yoruba.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) LASU and LAGOS require credit pass Mathematics.
(ii) TASUED requires Five ‘O’ level credits at one sitting or six ‘O’ level credits at two sittings to include English Language and any other Arts or Social Science subjects.
(iii) UNILAG requires five credit passes including English, Mathematics, Yoruba and 2 of Literature in English, Igbo, History or Government, Economics, French, IRS, CRS and Arabic
The O level (WAEC and NECO) requirements posted above may only apply to Education and Yoruba under the faculty of Education.
