WAEC And NECO Subject Requirements for Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology
The subjects required to study Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology in both WAEC and NECO are as follows:
Five SSCE credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science and one of Geography, Physics and Economics.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) OOU requires SSCE credit pass in English Language,
Mathematics and Physics.
(ii) MOUAU accepts Five O’ level credit Passes in not more than two sittings to include: English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, or Agricultural Science and any other science subjects. It also requires at least a Pass in Physics. A Credit in Agricultural Science must be backed up with at least a Pass in Biology.
(iii) NDU requires five ‘O’ level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science, and any two of the following Chemistry, Geography, Economics, Physics.
The O level (WAEC and NECO)Â requirements posted above may only apply to Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology under the faculty of Agriculture.
